All items will be shipped from Malaysia. Orders only dispatch on business days, which are Monday through Friday.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days with the exception of pre-orders. Items that are on pre-order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. 

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, we thank you for your patience. 

1. Domestic Shipping

Orders within East Malaysia and Peninsular Malaysia are posted with Citylink. Domestic shipments are expected to arrive within 3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

2. International Shipping

Orders are posted with tracked shipping and estimated delivery dates vary depending on their respective destinations. International parcels will be mailed using SF Express, Redly Express or FedEx. International shipments are expected to arrive anywhere from 2-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
