Shipping and Returns

All items will be shipped from Malaysia. Orders only dispatch on business days, which are Monday through Friday.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days with the exception of pre-orders. Items that are on pre-order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. 

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, we thank you for your patience. 


1. Domestic Shipping

Orders within East Malaysia and Peninsular Malaysia are posted with DHL. Domestic shipments are expected to arrive within 3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

 

2. International Shipping

Orders are posted with tracked shipping and estimated delivery dates vary depending on their respective destinations. International parcels will be mailed using NinjaVan, Auspost or FedEx. International shipments are expected to arrive anywhere between 2-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. 

You may refer to your destinations accordingly for delivery rates and transit times at checkout. 

 

3. Taxes and Duties

We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes or brokerage fees that may be applicable as these are specific to each destination country. Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country. 

 

4. Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges except for swimwear, undergarments and accessories. 

How to initiate a return for your items:

1.⁠ ⁠Log into your account using the email you provided for your order
2.⁠ ⁠Head to your previous orders and click “Return Items” and select the item(s) you wish to return.
3.⁠ ⁠Our team will then review your request and once approved the return instructions will be sent via email.

Delivery fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be in original condition, undamaged, unwashed and in complete packaging to be eligible for a return/exchange. Tracking details for return shipments must be forwarded via email, without which we have the right to deny a refund if the return parcel is not received. 

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after the returns are well received.

By default, refunds will be processed via your original payment method. A 3% restocking fee will be applicable on items returned and will be deducted from the amount refunded.
If you prefer to be refunded with store credits, please reach out to our customer support team to inform us! Restocking fees do not apply to refunds via store credit.

Please refer to the product sizing guides to ensure you have ordered the correct size to eliminate unnecessary freight back and forth!
